All products in the current collection can be found on the website. If a product or size is unavailable, this will be indicated on the product page. Stock discrepancies may occur—in such cases, you will be notified by email and the price of the missing item(s) will be refunded. However, no compensation or discount will be given on this basis.

As we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, and many products are personalized, cancellation is generally not possible after an order has been placed. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately, referencing your order number, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop the process.

Yes, after placing your order, we will send an automatic confirmation email, which also serves as your invoice – it will contain your order number and details. Please check your spam/junk folder as well, in case it ends up there.

Yes, coupon codes can be applied at checkout. They cannot be added retrospectively after the order has been placed.

We offer worldwide shipping. Packages are dispatched from Hungary.

Yes, outside of Europe, customs duties and other fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer, and we are unable to cover these.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. If you have provided an incorrect address and inform us retrospectively, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the shipping address; modifications are not possible after delivery.

Different shipping methods are available, depending on which one you selected during your purchase. If your package has already been handed over to the courier service and you have a tracking number, you can track your package’s journey on the official website of the chosen courier service. Should any issues arise, please contact us with your order number.

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. Please contact us before initiating a return. Following assessment, the product must be returned within 5 days in the specified manner.

We cannot accept returns for personalized products.
Non-personalized products can be returned and refunded if they are undamaged.
Returned products must be clean, undamaged, unworn, and include the original labels and packaging.

Up to 5 business days may pass until processing after the product arrives. We will then send a confirmation email.

The customer bears the costs of return shipping and any potential customs duties – these are non-refundable. It is advisable to measure your dog’s dimensions in advance and consult us if you have any questions.

Yes, tags and Swarovski crystals can be purchased as standalone products along with the Clip.

If the manufacturing contains a quality defect, please notify us within 5 days, and we will replace it free of charge. Fading over time is considered normal wear and tear and is not classified as a defect.

Please write to customer service with a photo and your order number. If a quality defect exists, we will provide a replacement. We do not assume responsibility for incorrectly provided data.

Leather goods: Treat them like your favorite handbag. Keep them away from water and snow, and do not use them during bathing or grooming. Take it off your dog at night.
Billetes, Clippek: It is advisable to wipe them thoroughly with the cleaning cloth provided with your order.
Swarovski stones: The stones do not require any special care, but should be kept away from toys, baths, etc. if possible. remove them from your dog beforehand.

The products are exclusively dog accessories. The responsibility for safety rests entirely with the buyer and user.
